Terms governing access to USDG Gold Exchange services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and all policies referenced here. Do not use the service if digital asset trading is prohibited in your jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Account activation, deposits and withdrawals may require administrator approval and additional verification.
3. Trading
Orders are subject to available balance, supported markets and platform controls. Market prices can move rapidly. Submitted orders may execute at different times or prices depending on order type and available liquidity.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Use only the asset, network and address shown in your account. Transfers through an incorrect network or unsupported asset may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed by an administrator.
5. Availability
Services may be suspended for maintenance, security, network disruption, legal requirements or risk controls. No uninterrupted availability or specific trading outcome is guaranteed.
6. Fees and Updates
Current fees are published on the Fees page. These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
